The free wifi reach Plaza Mayor and expand to 40 markets Olavide.
Madrid, 25 ago .- The main square of Madrid now offers free wifi for those who want to connect to the Internet with his own team, as will soon Plaza Olavide and before the end of the term, in May 2011, 40 markets municipal.
It is a service already offered by the city council in sections such as the Plaza de Santo, fallen earth chips, Domingo since 2007 and has been released today on a terrace in the Plaza Mayor, the delegate of Economy and Citizen Participation, Miguel Angel Villanueva.
Madrid City Council assumes a cost of 10,000 euros per year to offer this wireless connection in the main square but expects that within a year the private sector take care of this provision, if required under publicity.
